We chose Roan Highlands because Green Irish Tweed remains the benchmark every green fougère is measured against, and its appeal has never depended on volume. At extrait strength the verbena and peppermint stay vivid well past the opening, the violet and iris gain body, and the sandalwood and ambergris base carries considerably further than the current formulation manages. It is timeless, effortlessly masculine, and appropriate nearly anywhere.
