Refund policy

Fragrance is deeply personal. The same composition may unfold differently according to individual taste, skin chemistry, climate, and application, and a fragrance that is beautiful to one wearer may not speak to another.

For reasons of product integrity and hygiene, we cannot resell a fragrance once it has left our care. This ensures that every Maison Appalachia bottle arrives untouched, uncompromised, and prepared exclusively for its first owner. Accordingly, all fragrance purchases are final sale.

In the rare event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
