Townsend — Louis Vuitton City of Stars Impression

A pile of citrus up front — blood orange, blood mandarin, lime, lemon, and bergamot, sparkling and a little tart. Tiare flower comes through the middle, creamy and sunny. Sandalwood and a powdery musk soften it into a clean, close finish that lasts longer than the opening suggests.

Jacques Cavallier Belletrud created City of Stars for Louis Vuitton in 2022 as an ode to Los Angeles by night. Townsend, the self-described "Peaceful Side of the Smokies," is named for Col. W.B. Townsend, whose Little River Lumber Company started there in 1901.
