Hiltons — Amouage Jubilation XXV Man Impression

Blackberry, orange, and coriander open it, with frankincense and labdanum already smoldering underneath. Honey, cinnamon, clove, and bay give the heart a spiced warmth, with rose and orchid tucked into the middle. The base is resin and wood — myrrh, opoponax, oud, patchouli, and immortelle — finished with ambergris and musk.

Bertrand Duchaufour composed Jubilation XXV Man for Amouage in 2007. The Carter Family Fold in Hiltons has hosted Saturday-night acoustic old-time and bluegrass shows since Janette Carter, daughter of A.P. and Sara Carter, founded it in 1979.
