Strawberry, blackberry, and caramel open it like a pan of jam on the stove. Raspberry and cinnamon keep the heart red and spiced, with cedar running underneath, and the base goes dark — leather, vanilla, tonka, patchouli, and fir balsam. Sweet, but with teeth.

Graveyard Fields is a high valley at about 5,000 feet off the Blue Ridge Parkway in the Pisgah National Forest; it is named for the moss-covered stumps, left by windstorm or logging, that once looked like gravestones. Venom Incarnat was released in 2022.
