Bristol — Penhaligon's Empressa Impression

Blood orange and bergamot open it bright and juicy. Peach takes over the heart, soft and golden, and patchouli and vanilla give it a warm, earthy-sweet base that lingers on skin.

Victor producer Ralph Peer recorded the Bristol Sessions here between July 25 and August 5, 1927, and they launched the recording careers of Jimmie Rodgers and the Carter Family. Christian Provenzano created Empressa for Penhaligon's in 2014.
