Blue Ridge is the county seat of Fannin County, Georgia, founded when the Marietta and North Georgia Railroad reached it in 1886, and it bills itself the Trout Fishing Capital of Georgia. Jordi Fernández created Blue Talisman for Ex Nihilo in 2023.
