Pisgah — Bvlgari Tygar Impression

Grapefruit hits hard and bitter right out of the bottle — this is a citrus fragrance that means it. Ginger and ambrette add warmth and texture in the heart, then ambroxan takes over the base with musk, vetiver, and patchouli. The grapefruit never fully leaves; the ambroxan just keeps it company.

Jacques Cavallier Belletrud created Tygar for Bvlgari's Le Gemme collection in 2016, inspired by the tiger's eye stone. Pisgah National Forest is home to the Cradle of Forestry, site of the Biltmore Forest School — the first forestry school in the United States, founded in 1898.
