Cardamom, fig, and black tea open it cool and a little milky. Iris and vetiver in the heart turn it powdery and earthy at once, and sandalwood and tonka finish it warm and close to the skin. It's a fig tea you wear with a sweater — sweet only at the edges.

Mathilde Bijaoui created Gris Charnel for BDK Parfums in 2019. The name means “carnal grey,” and it wears exactly that way: soft, hazy, and quietly sensual.
