To our nose they are not, and if you already wear Aventus you will hear the difference in the first thirty seconds — the fruit brighter and further forward, the smoke turned down to a background texture rather than the spine of the thing, and a green resinous line running from the opening straight through to the dry-down that the standard formula simply doesn't have.
